Garden tour at Linnaeus' Hammarby

Garden tour at Linnaeus' Hammarby

Join a guided tour of the garden at Linnaeus' Hammarby. Linnaeus' country estate, built in 1762, is one of Sweden's best preserved 18th century manors.

May - June the manor is closed for visitors due to maintenance and we offer guided garden tours at a reduced price. More bookable dates will be released continuously.

See the botanical traces of Linnaeus´scientific work and learn about the estate and its importance to his family.

Groups of more than 10 people have to book a private guide in advance as tickets to regular tours are limited.

The ticket price includes admission to the museum area and garden. Please arrive in time for the guided tour.

Visitors with free admission need to book tickets for the guided tour.

Free admission applies for:
· Children under the age of 18
· Members of our friendship associations (bring your membership card)
· Holders of our annual pass (bring the pass)
· Employees and students at Uppsala University (bring the access card or student union card)
